Diseased Faith

The first step in curing a disease is to sought a qualified physician. Thereafter the doctor most
probably would prescribe medication that of course you obtain immediately. After all you
believe in the doctor and his recommendation! Your first priority is to obey in order to get

Now let us look at your faith. Who is the doctor of your faith? God of course. Therefore, when
your faith becomes sick or deceased, what is the procedure? The same as above of course. The
questions may arise in your mind………what is a diseased faith? What are the symptoms of a
diseased faith?

A diseased faith is one that refuses to trust God completely with no doubts. A person with a
diseased faith does things only when suitable to him. A person who has a well faith does not
waver depending on the circumstances. On the contrary they stand firm regardless of the

A diseased faith is an ineffective weapon against the devil. Some of the symptoms of a sick faith
are doubt, fear, anguish, worry, anxiety, cynicism, spitefulness etc.
Fortunately, some of us consistently visit our “doctor” for “regular check-ups” through
exercising our faith and obedience to His (our doctor’s) words.

It would be quite pertinent to ask yourself now ……………Do I need a complete check

I can never forgive him………….

For some reason our society today often views forgiveness with the utmost disdain. The person who forgives is regarded as spineless and weak.

However, ask yourself why keep something that is so harmful to your well- being in your heart? Why hold on to a memory that is obviously self- destructive? What do you have to gain?

Forgiveness does not mean that you become friends with the person. It simply denotes cleaning your heart and keeping your thoughts towards that person neutral.

Unforgiveness, hatred and grudges all belong in the same destructive category. These bad feelings gnaw at your insides and slowly destroy your life. The object of your hatred most times isn’t in the least bit affected by this. Instead you are literally hurting your own self.

Unlike what society teaches us forgiveness is actually being the “bigger” person. Forgiveness demands you being mature enough to look past this person’s transgressions against you. Forgiveness is born out of the desire to live. Live? Yes to live.

Forgiveness is a decision you take to keep your body and mind healthy, mentally and physically. Contrary to popular belief moving past someone’s negative attitude toward you, builds your character. It builds your strength and intelligence.

” For if you forgive men when they sin against you, your Heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive men their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins. Matthew 6:14

Enough said……………………the decision lies with you !

Fat of Daniel – Day 13

You will be My witnesses…

Listen to what the Lord Jesus said to the disciples:

But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth. Acts 1.8

The reason for the outpouring of the Holy Spirit is to turn the followers of the Lord Jesus into living witnesses of His resurrection.

To serve as a witness of Someone who died and resurrected, but is no longer physically present among us, is only possible when the person “receives” or “is possessed” by His Spirit.

The Spirit of the Lord Jesus “possesses” His disciples so that they will not only be resurrected but also to testify and prove the resurrection of His Son with undeniable evidence.

God has raised up the Lord and will also raise us up by His Power. I Corinthians 6.14

…knowing that He who raised up the Lord Jesus will also raise us up with Jesus, and will present us with you. 2 Corinthians 4.14

Once possessed with the Spirit of Jesus, the disciple’s mind, character and scent will be significantly identified with the Lord Jesus’ mind, character and scent, which were revealed during His earthly ministry.

This means:

Forgive evildoers (murderers, criminals, etc.), like Jesus before those who mistreated Him on Calvary. (Luke 23.33-34)

Do not judge, do not condemn and always forgive. (Luke 6.37)

Do not resist an evil person; whoever slaps you on your cheek, turn the other to him also. (Matthew 5.39)

Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, because if you love those who love you, what reward do you have or what difference does it make? (Matthew 5.44-46)

These are some of the basic principles of the Mind and Character of God.

Some may say: This is impossible! I am human, I am not God…

Yes, but God never asks us for something that we will not be able to do!

When you are possessed by His Spirit, there is no way your behavior will not be similar to His.

Given this, who will doubt of the resurrection of Jesus?

Fast of Daniel – Day 12

Day 12 of the Fast of Daniel
Why the Holy Spirit…

Why the Holy Spirit?

Because the Holy Spirit gives us back the image of God;

Because the Spirit of Jesus makes us living witnesses of His resurrection;

Because the Spirit of the LORD raises us up to God;

Because the Spirit of God the Father reveals God the Son to us;

Because the Comforter comforts us during hard times;

Because the Spirit of power gives us strength to overcome all evil, including the world;

Because the Spirit of wisdom gives us ability to do His will;

Because the Spirit of understanding gives us spiritual discernment;

Because the Spirit of counsel always provides us with a word for the afflicted;

Because the Spirit of strength upholds us in weakness;

Because the Spirit of knowledge gives us the ability to avoid evil;

Because the Spirit of fear of the LORD causes us to walk in His ways;

Because the Holy Spirit never leaves us alone;

Because the Spirit of the Most High guides our feelings;

Because the Spirit of Christ removes spiritual blindness and makes us see the Promised Land.

If anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he is not His. Romans 8.9

Fast of Daniel – Day 11

Genesis of LIFE

In the beginning, God the Father created the heavens and the earth. He created them using only the Word.

Some time later, the Creator’s Word became Flesh, and Jesus, His Son, was born.

In the beginning, God the Son – the Word – was with God the Father, through Him and for Him all things were made. John 1.1-3

He is before all things,
In Him all things consist.
Colossians 1.17

This means: the person who believes in Him, is in Him, and walks according to His Word, WILL PREVAIL OVER EVERYTHING AND EVERYONE.

The Verb or the Word is Jesus. His earthly ministry was marked by His Word, the Power of His Voice.

Through it, the Holy Spirit creates LIFE. The blind, lame, paralyzed, oppressed, and sick were healed by the Word that came out of the mouth of Jesus.

Not even death resisted the POWER of His Voice!

It was necessary for Him to pronounce the name of Lazarus. Otherwise, the rest of the dead buried there would also be resurrected; such is the Power of the Word.

This is the inheritance for His followers!

…YOU SHALL RECEIVE POWER when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me… Acts 1.8

When Jesus returned to heaven, He left us His Substitute, the Other Comforter, the Holy Spirit, the Spirit of the Word, the Verb, the Spirit of LIFE.

The purpose of the Spirit of the Lord God is not to give strange tongues, but to transfer the anointing of Jesus so that the disciples can give continuity to His earthly ministry.

Tend to the needs of the afflicted, heal the sick, cast out demons, raise the dead, preach the Gospel of the Kingdom of God and, above all, teach His righteousness.

The Lord Jesus baptizes with the Holy Spirit those who dream to continue His work in the destruction of the works of the devil in this world.

Who has faith to do this?

Fast of Daniel – Day 10

Listen, NOW, to the Voice of the Spirit

As long as the Lord Jesus did not complete His Work of redemption, the Holy Spirit could not come into this World.

The mission to continue the Work of His Son would only come after the ascension of Jesus.

Oh, yes! Those who listen and practice the Word of Jesus would be born again and receive the seal of the Holy Spirit.

When God the Son sat at the right hand of God the Father, seven days after His ascension, He fulfilled His Promise and sent His Spirit upon the disciples.

Pentecost was the beginning.

The outpouring of the Holy Spirit did not happen to the thousands of followers of Jesus in those days, just like it does not happen to the billions of “Christians” nowadays.

Of the thousands, only 120 stood firm in anticipation of the Promise:

Behold, I send the Promise of My Father upon you; but tarry in the city of Jerusalem until you are endued with power from on high. Luke 24.49

The faith of the 120 who waited for the Promise was honored.

Just like the faith of those who participate in the Fast of Daniel will also be honored.

Do you think that the Eternal does not see the sacrifice of those who believe in this Fast?

The Most High is more interested in abiding in us than we need Him!

God is Spirit. And as such, He longs to abide in His children, so that, through them, He may reveal Himself gloriously to those who are suffering in this world.

He says:
Is this not the fast that I have chosen: To loose the bonds of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens, to let the oppressed go free, and that you break every yoke? Is it not to share your bread with the hungry, and that you bring to your house the poor who are cast out; when you see the naked, that you cover him, and not hide yourself from your own flesh? Then your light shall break forth like the morning, your healing shall spring forth speedily, and your righteousness shall go before you; the glory of the Lord shall be your rear guard. Isaiah 58.6-8

At this very moment, when you finish reading this text, look for a private, quiet place where you can be alone with Jesus. Charge the fulfillment of His Promise! And the Spirit of the Most High will cover you and you will be a new creation.

Do this NOW!

Fast of Daniel – Day 9

The Spirit and the souls

Just like Jesus came to this world to give His life to rescue many souls, the Holy Spirit came to replace Him, to continue His Work through His servants.

Those who are sealed with the Spirit are fully aware of the responsibility of being soul-winners. They think about those who are lost all the time because the Spirit Himself does not leave them at peace. It is impossible for someone to have the Spirit of God and not think about the lost souls like He does.

Winning souls is the most difficult job in the world. It is so hard that God sent His Own Spirit to help us.

I believe with all my heart that praising Him, worshiping Him or anything of this sort is not the main reason for the outpouring of the Holy Spirit, but rather to enable His servants to win souls.

I would rather win one soul for Jesus than to live the rest of my days worshiping His Name. After all, what kind of worship, song or praise would be enough when in me weighs the sound of the desperate cries of those who descend to hell?

Fast of Daniel – Day 8

The pain and the dream of God

And on the seventh day God ended His work which He had done, and rested on the seventh day from all His work which He had done. Genesis 2.2

When the Creator rested after finishing His work, He was immediately interrupted by the fall of man. Before man even began to reap the fruits of rebellion, the Lord God began to suffer. All of mankind’s suffering on earth has been analogous to the infinitely greater suffering of God in Heaven.

What happens from the moment a mother begets a child? From the child’s first moments to the end of his days, everything will be accounted for in the heart of the mother – her life will never be at peace again. This is also what happened with God. From the moment the first sin took place, He was never “at peace” with mankind again.

Those who think that God is immune to suffering are deceived. Whoever defends this idea has no knowledge of Him.

When Jesus said:

My Father has been working until now, and I have been working. John 5.17

This means that He works constantly, not to pay bills, but to save souls begotten by default, who are on route to hell.

God works in every good and faithful servant to reach the hated, suffering, discouraged people, especially those on the verge of suicide. He works hard to convince those who live in the comfort zone of Salvation and do not care about the lost. That’s right, the Spirit of God works by sounding the trumpet, saying:

Whom shall I send, and who will go for Us? Isaiah 6.8

Jesus also commanded the disciples:

Go into all the world and preach the Gospel to every creature. Mark 16.15

And when one soul is saved, He completes:

I say to you that likewise there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine just persons who need no repentance… Likewise, I say to you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents. Luke 15.7-10

Imagine: if there is joy in heaven when one sinner repents, what happens when a sinner does not repent? There is deep sorrow, suffering and pain in heaven on behalf of the angels and, above all, the Most High God. Unfortunately, not all Christians or people who say they are of God think this way.

On a beautiful day, on the way to work, I thought about my personal projects. I dreamed of earning money and living a quiet, relaxed life. All of a sudden, out of nowhere, I heard a strong, but soft voice saying, “What will you profit to gain the whole world and lose your own soul? Immediately, I was convinced by that warning, and began to worry about the salvation of my soul. I realized that however expressive my family, professional and health success might be, one day I would die, and it would all be over. And where would my soul go? The idea of hell began to disturb me day and night, without ceasing.

God suffers. And His pain is infinitely greater than all of ours. He knows very well where the soul of most people has gone; He has seen and heard the cries of torment in hell. God knows that most of the more than seven billion souls will, sooner or later, go there.

Think: how does He feel about these facts? What have you done to save at least one soul from going to hell?

The Dream of God

Since the fall of mankind the Creator’s greatest dream has been to save them.

From Genesis to Revelation, we have seen God’s tremendous effort in the execution of the Plan of Salvation. Certainly, until all the prophetic words in Revelation are fulfilled, the priority of God is to save souls.

This is why God created the nation of Israel and brought His son to us. He has consummated the Work of Salvation, instituting the Kingdom of God – His Church – and has sent His Holy Spirit so that through His servants, those who believe in His Message may be saved.

This shows that the Divine Mind has been busy with lost souls.

Fast of Daniel – Day 7

A person cannot receive the baptism with the Holy Spirit when he still holds a grudge against someone else.

God’s forgiveness depends on our forgiveness.

It is Jesus’ commandment:

For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses. Matthew 6.14-15

But how can I forgive when I don’t feel like forgiving, and I can’t forget all the wrong things this person has done to me?

How can I force my heart to forgive?

You can’t. No one can control the impulses of the heart. It is rebellious against God Himself, so of course, it will be even more rebellious with man!

So then how can I obey the Lord Jesus and forgive?

The heart can be anything, but it cannot control a person’s reason when they are decided.

Use your intelligence and pray for this person. Say their name before God, ask Him to bless them and things of the sort…

Even if your heart screams, throws a fit and feels hatred, the important thing is that you use your reason, intelligence and OBEY the Word of Jesus and say words that will bless the person.

It is obvious that the Holy Spirit, through this effort of faith, will immediately remove all these feelings from your heart.

You will be set free from the cancer of the soul, receive the forgiveness of God and the baptism with the Holy Spirit.

Fast of Daniel – Day 6

Listen to what the Spirit says to the Christians… Part 2

Accept or surrender?

How many times have you accepted Jesus as your Lord and Savior, but absolutely nothing changed in your life?
The problem is that you accepted Him, but you did not surrender your life.
To accept Him or to reject Him makes no difference at all until there is a complete surrender.
How can someone accept Jesus without surrendering their life and still expect a new life?

It is impossible to receive a new life without surrendering your present life.
It is impossible to have two lives at the same time.
The outpouring of the Spirit of God is subject to the total and unconditional surrender of life to Him. Not His acceptance!

This is why the Lord commands:
Put on the whole Armor of God…
The whole Armor of God is the Fullness of God, this is, His Spirit.

In the same context, He adds:
Take up the whole Armor of God…
To put on or take up the whole Armor of God it is necessary to give or surrender your life to the LORD Jesus.

The Spirit of God is the Spirit of Faith. The Faith that brings forth the Spirit; the Faith that makes you spirit; the Faith that makes it possible for a person with a bad character to become a new creation, filled with the Holy Spirit.
However, this Faith demands the sacrifice of your present life in exchange for a new life that is offered by the LORD.

To put on or take up the whole Armor of God is a purely personal and nontransferable act of those who truly want to change their lives.
